The Position:

We are looking for an experienced, high energy, and savvy Executive Assistant with international experience to manage administration and facilitate activities, events, and operations for the CEO.  This position is a member of the Operations Team and will be dedicated to supporting our CEO and his team of executives. This person will be able to handle a fast-paced agenda and work as a team player. Our CEO is currently based out of the country, this position will require early morning and weekend availability. 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Managing the day-to-day administration and operations of the office of the CEO
  • Planning and scheduling appointments
  • Preparing travel arrangements and itineraries for business meetings and conferences
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Leading and managing ad hoc projects and conducting research
  • Composing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Ability to be on-call around-the-clock, occasionally
  • Act as the board liaison between internal and external parties
  • Manage meeting agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items
  • Some light travel

What We Need From You:

  • Must have 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives of a global company
  • Experience and demonstrated success in managing executive appointments and travel
  • Excellent communication, time-management, and organization skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional professional decorum
  • Experience in handling confidential information
  • Track record of thriving in a dynamic and fast-faced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with companies that have international offices

It Would Be Nice If You Had:

  • Prior experience in software and/or network security companies
  • Experience with tradeshows and conferences
  • A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and PowerPoint), Confluence, and Jira
