Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a hands-on digital marketing specialist to build and execute marketing program to drive sales for one of our key solutions – File Upload Security. This position reports to the Director of Demand Generation and will work closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Management, Customer Success and Sales teams to drive sales growth across all geographies and channels.
What You Will Be Doing
Build and manage a comprehensive demand generation program to drive leads and sales for our File Upload Security solutions. Your measures will include MQLs, Cost per MQL, MQL to SQL conversion rates, and pipeline generation. Program components will include:
Work with Product Marketing team to refine target audience, messages, and keywords based on continuous campaign testing and analysis
Research market and competitors to identify and test new messages, keywords, offers, marketing channels, etc.
Work with Sales and Channel teams to develop and test ABM targeting programs
Analyze campaign results, traffic sources, lead sources, and Hubspot data to identify new opportunities and targeting strategies (e.g., predictive analytics, DiscoverOrg, Datanyze, LinkedIn Navigator)
Define, manage, and optimize paid advertising strategy and programs – PPC, Display, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Define, manage, and optimize SEO strategy and programs – content, web design, link building, etc.
Develop, test, and optimize email and nurture programs
Research and test new acquisition strategies (e.g., free trial, freemium, etc.)
Research and test new marketing channels (e.g., Review Sites, Marketplaces, Partner Co-Marketing, etc.)
Manage landing page and website optimization tests – messages, offers, behavior analysis, conversion funnels, etc.
Develop and manage comprehensive dashboard for key program metrics
Regularly report on program plans and results (MQLs, Cost per MQL, MQL to SQL conversion rates, pipeline generation, etc.) using Hubspot, Salesforce, and other tools as needed
Create and maintain a library of digital marketing assets and best practices for use across the organization
What We Need From You
BA / BS degree
5+ years digital marketing experience with B2B tech products – cybersecurity industry experience is a plus
Extensive experience planning and running high performing SEO programs,
Extensive experience planning and running high performing PPC, Display, Paid Social, and other advertising programs
Extensive Experience working with Hubspot and Salesforce to manage and analyze campaigns
Extensive experience tracking and analyzing campaign effectiveness via spreadsheets, BI tools, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
Experience with landing page and website optimization strategy and tools
Extensive experience with data analysis and analytics with a broad range of tools – Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, Domo, Klipfolio, Moz, SEMrush, Optimizely, Crazy Egg, Excel, etc.
Excellent English writing and presentation skills
Excellent project management skills
