Administrative HR Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative HR Assistant to manage and facilitate activities, events, operations and HR tasks.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Being in charge with invoices, making reports based on them
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Organizing expense reports for our colleagues
  • Preparing the necessary documents that colleagues need
  • Maintaining a close relationship with the company’s accountant
  • Offering support in the recruitment process
  • Offering support in organizing company events


What We Need From You

  • Must have 2+ years of similar experience 
  • Very good English skills
  • Excellent communication, time-management and organization skills

It Would Be Nice If You Had:

  • Prior experience in software and/or network security companies
  • Worked with companies that have international offices
