Job Description

Growing 20 year IT Consulting firm is looking to hire a smart and organized Executive Assistant.  

This is a work from home position long term.

This is an opportunity for the right person to join us full time and grow into a management position.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

-must be extremely detail-oriented and well-organized
- experience with social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Microsoft Word & Excel
- some college or recent college grad
- solid work ethic: ability to work independently, be a self-starter, & meet tight deadlines
- be flexible with changing tasks

PREFERRED SKILLS:
- prior experience with WordPress is a plus
-prior experience with Quickbooks or a similar program is a plus

This may be part time to start with the option to change to full time.

The pay rate will be $15- 25/ hr depending on the candidates qualifications and fit for the opportunity.
