Desktop Support / Network Support

IT Dept | Stamford, CT | Full Time and Contract

Job Description

Warm and casual working environment seeks a talented and experienced Desktop Support / Network Support.  You will be expected to provide support to all desktop, laptop and mobile device users as well as Windows Server environment.  You will also work with systems and network to ensure efficient and optimal operation of our computing environment. You will also get involved in recommending and implementing corrective solutions. You must be customer service oriented with strong oral, verbal and written communication skills, and familiar with IT systems and software applications.


The candidate must be customer oriented and should be able develop a long term relationship with the client.
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and should be able to act in the best interest of the client.

2+ years of experience as a Desktop Support/ Network Support
Well versed with desktop support, network troubleshooting, Outlook, WAPs, Wireless, and other networking devices
Experience supporting Windows Server environments
Experience with maintaining network infrastructure
Configuration and maintenance of printers and other mobile devices.
Bonus Points:

Experience installing servers
Sonicwall or Cisco firewall experience a plus but not required.
