Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their riding needs and match them with the perfect motorcycle.
• Build lasting relationships with riders, focusing on trust and expert guidance.
• Stay updated on Italian motorcycle models, features, and industry trends.
• Coordinate test rides, financing options, and purchase agreements.
• Maintain a welcoming showroom and ensure motorcycles are presented effectively.
• Collaborate with service and parts teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Represent the dealership at community motorcycle events, rides, and promotional activities.
• Act as a brand ambassador, fostering enthusiasm and engagement among riders.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the motorcycle industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle brands and performance features.
• Ability to build rapport and connect with riders of all experience levels.
• Goal-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for motorcycles and an eagerness to engage with the riding community.
