Parts Specialist/Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a knowledgeable Parts/Procurement Specialist to manage inventory, streamline procurement, and ensure our customers and technicians have access to the parts they need. This is a full-time position for someone who is passionate about the industry and motorcycle community

Responsibilities:

• Oversee parts inventory, sourcing, and procurement for counter sales and parts to service.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, order fulfillment, and supplier relationships.
• Research and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and availability.
• Assist customers and service manager in identifying and selecting necessary parts.
• Process orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently.
• Stay updated on new parts, accessories, and industry trends to enhance dealership offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring rider satisfaction and dealership success.

Qualifications:

• Passion for motorcycles and the riding community!
• Previous experience in motorcycle parts management, procurement, or a related field helpful.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle components, and aftermarket options.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in inventory management systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with service department, suppliers, and customers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
