About This Role
We are seeking a temporary Office Administrator to support day-to-day office operations. This role will focus on maintaining a welcoming, well-organized, and well-stocked office environment and supporting onsite employees with administrative and office-related needs. The Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations at our Emeryville headquarters. This position is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in office administration, facilities coordination, or workplace operations.
This role reports to the SVP, People and Talent.
This is a 3-month temporary position and is intended to start early-mid May. This is an onsite position based out of our Emeryville headquarters. The working hours for this position are generally within 8am-5pm PT (30 to 40 hours per week).
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Emeryville office, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Order and maintain office supplies, kitchen snacks, beverages, and general employee resources
- Coordinate stocking and upkeep of office kitchens and common areas
- Support and help coordinate onsite office events and meetings
- Partner with teams across the organization to support office logistics and general administrative needs
- Perform other office and administrative duties as assigned
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Interest in office administration, workplace operations, or facilities support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle information with professionalism and discretion
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently onsite
Nice To Have
- Previous experience in an office, administrative, or facilities support role
- Experience supporting office events or employee activities
- Familiarity with procurement tools, intranets, or expense processing systems
- Interest in People Operations, workplace experience, or business operations
The base compensation range for this position is $25 - $27 per hour. The range provided is an estimate. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, location, and other factors permitted by law.
