We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team.
The Marketing Manager is a client-facing role responsible for coordinating and advancing marketing and communications initiatives from planning through execution.This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and works closely with account directors, digital marketers, designers, and production specialists to ensure campaigns and projects are executed with clarity, efficiency, and high standards of quality. The Marketing Manager plays a key role in translating strategy into actionable plans while maintaining alignment between clients, internal teams, and project timelines.

Project Planning & Campaign Development
- Develop project briefs that clearly define campaign objectives, messaging direction, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Translate strategic direction into actionable plans for the internal team.
Project & Budget Management
- Prepare and manage project estimates and budgets, keeping account directors informed of project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor progress against timelines and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
Timeline & Workflow Coordination
- Establish project timelines, milestones, and deadlines for both internal teams and external partners.
- Adjust timelines as necessary to respond to changing circumstances, while maintaining project momentum and accountability.
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Facilitate collaboration among internal specialists including digital marketing, design, and production teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners, managing scope, schedules, and deliverables.
Client Communication
- Serve as a primary point of coordination with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates on project status, direction, and approvals at key milestones.
Formal Education and Work Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing or related field
- 5+ years progressive professional work experience in the marketing or related field
- Work experience in the agency sector, focused on construction or building supplies, hospitality, healthcare or financial industries desirable
Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical ability to assess and interpret data-driven insights that inform marketing strategy and campaign performance
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and how they integrate within broader marketing and communications campaigns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (experience with database tools is a plus)
Also Helpful:
- Familiarity with Hawai‘i’s history, culture, and local marketplace is strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong writing, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

- Ability to lead when necessary while collaborating effectively within a team environment
