Programmatic Sales Manager (m/f)

Business Development | Berlin, Germany | Full Time

Job Description


Prospect new partners, as well as reactivate already existing ones, assuring the fulfilment of the Company’s sales strategy and profitability.



  • Develop and maintain relationships for direct clients and agencies suitable for IconPeak’s programmatic offering;
  • Educate media buyers on IconPeak’s marketing opportunities and find solutions for potential clients’ needs;
  • Prepare and present sales pitch materials, manage pipeline and overcome objections in order to win business on a monthly basis
  • Represent IconPeak at industry events;
  • Work with clients to gather everything necessary in time to run a successful campaign including creative, tracking, and KPIs.



Professional Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development at a startup, ideally in the Mobile Performance Marketing market;
  • Solid understanding of programmatic advertising;
  • Experience organizing sales cycles from prospecting to closing; proven sales track record and motivation to thrive in handling objections to reach your goals;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - you work independently and do not require micromanagement;
  • Comfortable speaking with clients about tracking and implementation.

  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate insights, product information, and data into client value;
