Currently, we track to revenue, we optimize pages for lead conversion, and we help clear the path to accurate pipeline measurement. Our aim is to optimize digital channels for revenue outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
The Paid Search & Display Supervisor has an exceptional understanding of paid search and display process – from B2B strategy and media plan development to execution. This detail-oriented individual is seasoned at working directly with clients, presenting to senior executives, and has a proven track record of B2B client success.
In addition, the Paid Search & Display Supervisor is a model for the team’s junior talent – an effective trainer, coach and mentor – and can impart useful training information to team members in a clear and concise way. This individual has a passion for helping others obtain higher levels of client performance and professional development. Through regular coaching and training, they help others succeed. They help accelerate client success by outlining performance expectations and holding team members accountable.
The Supervisor helps guide the creation and adoption of effective, efficient agency tools and processes for planning, executing, monitoring, and managing paid media channels and platforms. With a dedication to staying ahead of the innovation curve in this ever-changing industry, the Supervisor stays current with the latest developments and industry trends and regularly informs peers. They support the growth and scalability of the paid media team by directing the creation and implementation of corporate initiatives.
Key Results Areas
Positive team member feedback from quarterly review surveys
Ability to coach, grow and develop a team of paid search subject matter experts
Ensure tactical performance of Obility paid media accounts are within acceptable range (MQLs, Opportunities, and revenue, along with cost functions for those metrics)
Maintain staff’s efficiency and effectiveness and maintain team members satisfaction in department
Quality of paid media processes and documentation
Support of the paid media department initiatives outlined by the Director of Services
Support and professionally develop 4-5 direct report team members to optimize their performance, contribution and job satisfaction through regular coaching and mentorship. With the ability to mentor overall paid search campaign life cycle including campaign management, analytics, optimization, and reporting
Through strong written and verbal skills, support and assist in developing team members to optimize their performance, contribution and job satisfaction and take corrective actions when necessary
Collect and share current best practices and learnings across agency client base, communicate to them to the team and incorporate them into client onboarding, departmental strategy, and process documents to ensure quality service
Provide management with team feedback, process adherence, and adoption, production enhancements, and communicate any client performance issues
Manage daily execution of 2-3 paid media clients, including day-to-day client communication, deliverables, monthly reports and all research and strategy efforts pertaining to B2B client engagements with the ability to communicate with clients on all elements of the campaign, including performance reporting, project status, and client goals
Optimize client accounts to client business objectives including cost per sales qualified lead/customer, ROI/ROAS, and/or volume of MQL/Opps/Revenue and analyze client performance data and provide interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions
Desired Experience and Skills
Excellent management and motivational skills
Ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams and know who to engage with in order to create efficient and smooth departmental processes
Experience training others in paid media and marketing automation platforms
2 - 3 years leading an agency or digital marketing team
4+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record of B2B lead generation success
At least 2 years working directly with notable B2B clients and B2B company stakeholders, including working with lead generation of long sales cycles
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to present effectively and persuasively to both internal and external audiences
Ability to manage multiple clients/assignments in a fast-paced environment
Great attention to detail with a track record of strong analytical skills
Advanced experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads & Editor, and Microsoft Ads
Google Ads certified
Advanced experience with paid media tools such as SEMRush, Moz, Google Keyword Planner, etc.
Extensive, expert experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, etc.) and/or CRM reporting and programs (Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Advanced experience creating and customizing PPC reporting, including creating pivot tables highlighting PPC performance in Excel
