We are looking for an account coordinator that can guide clients through the complex challenges with professionalism and superb communication skills, and can also help support internal project management and operations.

What We’re Looking For

Dunthorpe Marketing is looking for a motivated individual to join our Account Services Team.  This person will provide high-quality support to our technology and client project teams for our agency as a whole.  This position requires an organized professional who has initiative, a positive team attitude, and prides themselves on being detail-oriented and a problem solver.

In this position you will manage projects to completion, set up project tracking and manage client engagements.  Ideally, your skills and experience are:

  • 1-3 years of experience working in an agency setting or in a collaboration-heavy project management role

  • Experience leading B2C or B2B clients

  • A holistic understanding of account based marketing or revenue operations a plus

  • Demonstrated ability as a strong analytical thinker and problem solver

  • Proven ability to translate and articulate marketing strategies and results for a range of levels of experience and expertise

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

What Makes a Great Candidate?

The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Act as primary point of contact and communications lead for your clients

  • Build and maintain strong rapport and relationships with clients – you’ve got their back!

  • Set and manage expectations with clients and ensure service and performance meet those expectations

  • Direct client strategy and deliverables for your clients internally, collaborating and communicating closely with subject matter experts, to ensure they always align with stated goals and milestones

  • Represent your client’s interests internally with a clear understanding of their business objectives

  • Ensure deliverables are of high value that they are delivered on time and on message

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify opportunities for growth in client relationships

  • Project management responsibilities including:

    • Schedule and organize client account calls, meetings, and presentations

    • Keep detailed notes from client meetings

    • Define and organize tasks for team using project management tool (Asana)

  • Occasional travel involved for client meetings and conferences 

  • Business professionalism with strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent time management

  • Dependable with an excellent attendance track record

  • Positive upbeat attitude and a great team player

  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, or other marketing automation and CRM systems
