NXTurn has teams focused on delivering proven customer success across implementations, e-commerce, customizations and integrations of the Oracle NetSuite platform. With team members in 13 states and growing, we are poised for the next step in our growth! We are looking for a strong technology sales professional to help guide us and manage our growth using an Account Based Marketing methodology. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and guide the sales team.
  • Create and execute the Account Based sales plan.
  • Manage deals to a successful closing, and ensure a smooth transition to the implementation team
  • Enhance our B2B sales strategy.
  • Define department processes and procedures.
  • Establish and track key metrics.
  • Reach our sales goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with department leaders.

Requirements:

  • Must be experienced with Account Based Sales and Marketing programs
  • Minimum 10+ years hands-on sales management experience in a high growth B2B SaaS sales business
  • Experience hiring, scaling and leading sales teams in a Start-up/High-Growth SaaS environment is strongly preferred
  • Deep network and prior experience working with large partners across industries
  • Solid prospecting and targeting skills
  • Ability to orchestrate plays involving multiple departments including Marketing and Services. 
  • Requires travel off-site for meetings and training.
  • Bachelors degree required, MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience selling cloud-based ERP: NetSuite, Acumatica, Workday, SAP, etc
  • Team and program building experience
  • Full understanding of Account Based Marketing and Sales strategies
