What you’ll be doing
The Support Analyst will deliver high‑quality technical support to end users in our China offices, ensuring the reliable operation of desktop systems, applications, and IT services. This role acts as a frontline resource for troubleshooting, onboarding, and maintaining IT infrastructure in collaboration with both remote and onsite teams.
You will be responsible for…
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues across desktop, laptop, and mobile platforms.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, hardware provisioning, and orientation support.
- Maintain and update documentation including SOPs, runbooks, and asset inventories.
- Collaborate with managed service providers and internal IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Support computing environments and specialized software used by life sciences professionals, including researchers, lab staff, and clinical teams.
- Monitor and respond to service desk tickets using ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
- Provide hands-on support for Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Troubleshoot and support finance and HR software platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems.
- Participate in daily transition calls and knowledge acquisition sessions during onboarding phases for new hires or systems.
- Assist with quarterly audits, compliance checks, and training sessions such as IIPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Program).
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, maintenance, and billing cycles.
- Travel to other offices may be required to support project activities, day‑to‑day operations, or other business needs
What Knowledge & Experience you'll bring to us...
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles, ideally supporting users in life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and remote support tools (e.g., BeyondTrust, TeamViewer).
- Experience supporting finance and HR software platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location among other factors. Our full-time regular positions also include an annual performance-based bonus and long-term incentive units (equity) provided as part of our compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
