RN/LPN – Skilled Nursing & Private Duty Care (Charlotte, NC)
Nurturing Nurses HomeCare, a nurse-led agency based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team and support high-quality skilled nursing and private duty care.
We are currently hiring for all shifts and positions, including nurses to support our Director of Nursing.

Position Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care in a home setting
- Manage and monitor complex patient needs
- Perform care involving ventilators, tracheostomy, and G-tubes
- Accurately document patient care and progress
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and care team
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in North Carolina (required)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (home health preferred)
- Experience in homecare, ED, or ICU strongly preferred
- Vent, trach, and G-tube experience required
- Current CPR certification
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Updated TB test or chest X-ray
- Ability to assist with patient mobility (no lifting restrictions)
- No medical restrictions that would limit job duties
- Minimum of 3 professional references
- Must pass background check and drug screening
