Nurturing Nurses Home Care is looking for a compassionate, dependable caregiver to support a client in the South Charlotte area. We are especially interested in someone with experience caring for individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer's who understands the importance of patience, consistency, and building meaningful relationships with both clients and their families.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in the client's home

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living

• Offer companionship, reassurance, and emotional support

• Support a safe, calm, and familiar environment

• Recognize and respond patiently to dementia-related behaviors and changing needs

• Communicate with the family and provide thoughtful updates about the client's well-being

• Build a trusting, respectful relationship with the client and family

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• A CNA, or a Home Health Aide

• Experienced in caring for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's

• Patient, compassionate, attentive, and dependable

• Comfortable communicating and building a positive relationship with family members

• Understanding of the importance of consistency and person-centered care

• Able to work independently and follow care plans

• Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Located in or able to reliably travel to South Charlotte
