Caregiver – Nurturing Nurses HomeCare (Hendersonville, NC)

Nurturing Nurses HomeCare is seeking experienced and compassionate caregivers to provide weekly non‑medical support to clients of all ages. We are committed to delivering high‑quality care that allows individuals to remain safe and supported in their homes. All applicants must successfully complete background and drug screenings.

Position Overview

We are hiring for part‑time and full‑time caregiver roles with competitive compensation. Ideal candidates are dependable, compassionate, and have strong communication skills. Reliable transportation and professional references are required.

Shift Requirement: • 24 hours of weekly client care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support • Monitor and document vital signs
• Provide support for individuals with dementia and disabilities
• Prepare meals based on dietary needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Follow care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Engage clients in meaningful, enriching activities

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred • Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility
• Basic proficiency in health assessments and vital‑sign monitoring
• Compassionate demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with dementia care is a plus
• Willingness to assist with meal preparation
• Home‑care certification preferred
