Job Description

Staff Accountant

About You:

You are reliable, detail oriented, and can learn anything quickly.  You’re a perfectionist where it matters and a pragmatist everywhere else. You look forward to going to work daily knowing that you will likely encounter a task or project you’ve never seen before.  You are a team player who is ready to pitch in to get things done whether it’s bookkeeping, document management, data entry, coordinating a team event, or helping close an investment. You are smart, hungry and you are known for your hustle.  You can work well independently or collaboratively. You can learn through direct instruction, observation, and doing your own homework. You are looking for an awesome opportunity with a team who will help you grow.

About Us:

We’re a fast-paced, team-oriented group that is breaking the rules of social innovation. We’re highly collaborative and seek out individuals with unique backgrounds that aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty and build incredible things from the ground up.

“Hustle” is on the wall for a reason.  It’s our mantra.  It doesn’t mean frantic or busy, it means a purposefully lean approach to creating something out of nothing. It’s the art of pushing balls downhill or putting yourself in a place to be the beneficiary of serendipity. Hustling is a practice or approach to your work, it’s not a discrete thing you do - it’s a way of living and working.

Founded in 2015 by Lisa Wilson Graham and Dan Graham, founder of, as a way to leverage their own business and investing success, Notley partners with social impact companies and nonprofits ready to scale. To learn more, visit
