The Role: Sr. Designer
The Notley marketing team is currently seeking our lead Designer to support multiple initiatives and brands under our portfolio. You will be responsible for managing the creative process and output of our design team overall to tell the Notley story through a range of content. Your skills span brand communication, content strategy and visual design.
Develop and oversee fresh and functional innovative branding, content, and other design elements of all Notley brands; manage and implement existing brand guidelines as well as developing new standards.
Execute with your team a wide-range of design needs across multiple brands: web pages, sales/mktg collateral, presentations, signage, newsletters, social media graphics.
Ability to work effectively in project management and workflow systems to streamline execution, follow delivery specs and achieve on-time delivery. Execute best practices for a content management system and uploading/delivery process of digital signage and other materials.
Take an active role with marketing team in concepting original content, communication strategy and art direction to tell brand stories.
Manage and mentor the talent that reports into you.
This role will report directly to the Director of Marketing.
Someone who is able to work collaboratively, but has the work ethic and high self-motivation to get your job done in an autonomous environment. You’re able to manage and prioritize competing priorities, exceptional communicator who is able to ask for help when needed and adjust approaches, be flexible, positive team member.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or other related field.
At least two (2) years industry experience in the design field.
Proficiency with relevant design software, experience with Keynote, Google Slides and proof of continuous learning and growth in hard-skills.
Experience with web and marketing design production.
The ability to collaborate cross-functionally and at all levels of an organization.
Prior experience in an agency and/or with client-facing roles.
Prior experience with nonprofits or impact-based organizations.
Experience with video production and/or motion graphics.
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional design at high volumes under tight timelines.
