Sales Operations Intern

Are you a data junkie who can translate data into tactical planning and process development?  Are you interested in supporting a sales team dedicated to elevating social impact, real estate for social good, and impact investing?

We are looking for data-driven students with an appreciation for process development and improvement who share our unique vision of creating a social innovation ecosystem for impact organizations and changing communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of Salesforce database, including creating new Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities

  • Aid in building Salesforce reports and dashboards, maximizing transparency into sales pipeline

  • Collaborate with Sales/Development Team in building sales communication cadences and templates in SalesLoft Cadence

  • Maintain data integrity through data deduplication and cleanup requests

  • Improve ongoing scaleable processes to integrate Salesforce App, SFDC, SalesLoft, and SalesLoft Gmail plugin

  • Research Salesforce integrations and work with Marketing/Communications Team to integrate marketing automation platform

  • Creation and distribution of donor acknowledgement letters, tax receipts, and communications to nonprofit grant recipients

  • Management of state registrations and charitable solicitation registrations for three (3) nonprofit entities

Requirements:

  • Able to meet deadlines with good time management and flexibility

  • You are a “doer” with high enthusiasm, motivation and organization skills.

  • Experience with SFDC and Microsoft Office (namely Excel)

  • Process-driven, able to work logically through sometimes ambiguous data

  • A knack for creating organizational efficiencies

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Self-motivated and happy to work independently online and in-office with our team in Austin

  • Must live in Austin, Texas

Bonus Points:

  • Experience using SalesLoft Cadence

  • Experience using Google Drive

  • Basic understanding of sales operations

  • Basic understanding of lead qualification process

  • Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or related field
