The role: Membership Sales Coordinator at Relay Coworking

 

The Notley team is seeking a Membership Sales Coordinator to support Relay Coworking. Relay is located at the Center for Social Innovation in East Austin designed to bring social entrepreneurs together in a space that inspires collaboration and innovation. The Center for Social Innovation is home to social innovators and organizations in Central Texas who want to create impact. The CSI brings together shared resources, office, and meeting spaces to support a variety of missions working to solve the world’s problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall performance and sales process for Relay Coworking memberships

  • Achieve and exceed sales objectives that will drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company's ambitious growth

  • Manage and respond to all customer inquiries, tour prospective clients and convert qualified leads

  • Prospect new business, develop and maintain client relationships

  • Collaborate with marketing in the development and execution of pipeline growth campaigns

  • Utilize Salesforce, CRM database and other management tools to efficiently and productively manage client and vendor relationships

  • Analyze performance and execute strategic initiatives to increase lead generation, member growth, pipeline growth and nurture

  • Maintain budgets, reconcile and analyze sales and operational platforms and processes 

  • Prepare and execute project documents, rental contracts and membership terms

  • Create partnerships for programming and events to create brand awareness and generate leads

  • Manage the evaluation and feedback process post-sale, creating a plan to implement changes and improve event client and membership experience 

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and business queries, fostering an environment of constant, quality communication and support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality or other related field

  • 1-2 years experience in sales or operations 

  • A positive attitude, the ability to stay flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment and the enthusiasm required to maintain long-term customer relationships

  • Excellent customer service skills and strong relationship building instincts, with the ability to address issues with diplomacy

  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills and extraordinary attention to detail

  • The ability to work autonomously, but desire to be a part of a high-functioning team

  • Can do attitude paired with the ability to give and receive constructive criticism

  • Strong work ethic and desire to grow professionally

  • The ability to manage competing priorities and handle a high-volume of requests

  • The ability to collaborate cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization

  • Operates with a sense of urgency and is results-oriented

Bonus Points:

  • Prior experience in coworking or facility operations 

  • Prior sales experience 

  • Prior experience with nonprofits or impact-based organizations

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional solutions under tight timelines
