Director of Marketing
Notley is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead the company’s marketing team. The successful candidate will be a confident strategist, collaborative team player, inspiring leader, organized project manager and have a track record of developing and executing successful, measurable marketing and communications campaigns.
About the Position:
You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of all of Notley’s marketing and communications efforts. Your first task will be to work hand in hand with the leadership and development teams to transform our various digital assets into a cohesive inbound marketing strategy across multiple brands and initiatives. The role is centered around measurable content marketing but will also require attention to PR, branding and communications. The brands include Philanthropitch, Startup Games, The Center for Social Innovation,Women@Austin and Student Inc. You will also function as an agency lead within Notley to support projects ranging from consulting to building our physical communities at the Center for Social Innovation.

- Manage and lead the marketing team.
- Collaborate with our Creative Director and help prioritize design projects.
- Produce a variety of content - blogs, podcasts, videos, panels, seminars and workshops.
- Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies to support brand and program awareness
- Support event marketing in participating cities including Austin, San Antonio, Denver, Atlanta and Columbus
- Oversee brand messaging and positioning development to align with media relations efforts and program announcements
- Interface regularly with external stakeholders including nonprofits, corporate supporters, sponsors, media, and the general public.

Maintain reporting to track performance against goals and optimize future efforts
Enhance awareness of and engagement with Notley and its social impact ecosystem
Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years professional communications experience; preferably within a rapidly growing agency or company.
2+ years management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Success in driving quantifiable business results in a highly dynamic and complex environment
Strong project management skills and an ability to develop and deliver campaigns and programs within a high velocity, constantly evolving environment
Strong people and managerial skills - need to be able to work with people at all levels and manage a wide variety of stakeholders
Ability to think, plan, and execute resourcefully
A self-starter who is able to work with senior leadership comfortably and takes tasks from start to finish
Ability to travel as needed
Knowledge of the social impact landscape including social entrepreneurship, nonprofits, or corporate social responsibility is a plus.
