Responsibilities:

• Ensure all aspects of kitchen ware (utensils, pots/pans, containers, etc.) are clean, sanitized and properly stored.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls and shelves of kitchen area.
• Follow established food safety procedures.
• Remove all trash and ensure trash recepticles are clean on a regular basis.
• Provide assistance with food preparation, as needed
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly and safely used
• Adhere to cleaning and maintenance schedules.
  

Requirements:

• Ability to follow instruction and established procedures
• Ability to communicate, read and comprehend English
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work as a team
