Summary of Position
We are committed to making players have a seamless experience on Nexon. In order to achieve it, IntelligenceLabsUS works closely with game production teams, platform teams in Korea, Infra, creative, and QA to deliver excellent products. Deliverables include websites, platform features, data analysis, web3.0 products, and marketing support.
This role as a PM in IntelligenceLabs US is responsible for planning, communicating and managing projects/products along with analyzing the needs of stakeholders, game studios, and customers. This includes proposing new products/projects and solutions that address stakeholder/player needs, developing strategic directions and defining specifications of each functionality for features and services, overseeing and strategically prioritizing project backlogs and release plans ensuring to meet directions of products or the company’s goals.
We are currently working in the office 2-3x a week in a hybrid work model.
Job Responsibilities
- Project Management for Website Projects: Communicate closely with game production and marketing teams and collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products that not only meet their needs but also create significant value.
- Project Management for Platform Projects: Gather business requirement from game teams and other related Nexon America internal teams and fulfill the requirement working with Nexon Korea development/UX design/QA team.
- Product Research: Conduct thorough product research to identify key features, strengths relative to other products, and opportunities within gaming solutions, AI, and Web3.0 products. Validate product ideas and pinpoint opportunities for differentiation. Document research findings, analyses, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. Prepare and deliver presentations to effectively communicate research insights to stakeholders. Act as a liaison between the technical and non-technical teams, translating complex AI concepts into understandable insights.
- Scrum Master for Creative Teams (PM Task Rotation): Establish sprints for each team, allocate tickets to team members through collaboration with the team lead, act as the point of contact (POC) for each team to handle ad-hoc requests, ensuring team members can focus on achieving sprint goals.

Work Experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant software project/product management experience
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, design-related, or a related field
- PM-related certificates preferred (PMP, SCM, or related certificates)
Knowledge/Skills
- Required Knowledge/Skills:
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant software project/product management experience
- A successful record of defining software products in a similar industry
- Expertise in creating comprehensive functional specifications for software products
- Understanding the basic concept of API and interaction between front-end and back-end
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Make critical product feature and functionality decisions
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
- Professional working proficiency in Korean
- Knowledge of Web3.0 at a level sufficient to run actual projects
- Experience implementing a feature or product from scratch

Compensation Description for Pay Transparency (annually)
The base salary range for this position in El Segundo, CA is $80,000 - $110,000 annually.
Our salary ranges are determined by market data based on position and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salaries for that position. An individual’s pay is determined by factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experiences, relevant education or training, and location.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, however the salary range listed in this job posting reflects the base salary only.
