As an Account Executive at New Signature you will leverage your contacts, relationships and solutions selling skills to generate new business and expand current engagements globally.  You will develop and execute against an annual plan driving revenue and growth back to the business.  You will manage multiple high impact tasks while focusing on delivering the best possible results for our customers and partners.  You will be empowered to work independently and make decision that drive results and enable you to exceed your goals!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development – Strategize, research, target and qualify accounts in the target markets and target verticals.  Effectively develop and customize sales and marketing materials including client presentation decks, proposals, statements of work, and other contractual documents.
    • Organize and lead capture process to close opportunities with prospective clients including campaign planning and execution, branding, website design and production, online advertising and video.
    • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of UX professionals to help generate solution concepts during sales process
  • Marketing and Sales Strategy - Assist with general marketing efforts as part of lead generation
    • Manage overall sales process and pipeline for Interactive Solutions Team, updating our CRM reporting up to VP, Sales.
  • Account Management - Develop and maintain strong, long term relationships with executive level (CxO) decision makers among target accounts that leads to multiple engagements for New Signature.
    • Develop appropriate project scope, pricing, and timing during the business development process according to the client’s needs and the delivery team’s capabilities
    • Help identify and close opportunities to expand work with existing clients.



Required Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Possess fundamental understanding of current web technologies to help clients understand how to achieve their objectives
  • Be an excellent communicator (oral and written) who can form strong, honest relationships with team members and clients alike. Proven track record of managing and building relationships with new clients and the ability to retain current clients.
  • Be able to multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Possess solid business acumen and the ability to participate in strategic planning, excellent presentation skills (live & virtual), relationship building and experience in contract negotiations
  • Ability to sell services and products into existing client base
  • A proven track record for delivering consistent revenue growth
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mentality; driven at all times to meet and exceed goals
  • Impeccable ethical standards and professional presence
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to include exceptional writing skills





Minimum 5 year successful consultative design and web development sales experience selling to VP- level and CxO level business executives. Minimum of 2-3 years of selling print and web design, web strategy including content strategy and information architecture, Content Management Systems (CMS) implementations, web development, application development and product development. Deep understanding of the design and web development sales cycles, selling process and creative in overcoming sales obstacles with Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts.


BA/BS degree or equivalent desired.
