Infrastructure Specialist (Toronto, ON)

Job Description


New Signature, the 2014 and 2015 United States Microsoft Partner of the Year, is looking for a talented Infrastructure Specialist who has a dedication to customer service, ethics, and honesty; an interest in cutting-edge technology focused on Microsoft; a passion for being process driven; and a commitment to being an intellectually curious problem solver.


  • Managing and maintaining large enterprise client SCCM environments
  • Conducting advanced image management and delivering new builds for imaging
  • Participating, and occasionally leading, client meetings for patching and remediation
  • Discussing and documenting client requirements for new packages
  • Providing ongoing support patching cycles
  • Meeting with client to discuss remediation options


SCCM: 3-5 years’ experience with the following:

  • Managing client SCCM environments of 1000+ seats
  • Installing and configuring SCCM 2012
  • Boundaries
  • Discovery Methods
  • Creating Collections
  • Building and managing reports
  • Software packaging and distribution
  • Software updates and compliance baselines
  • Imaging - Creating / maintaining images and troubleshooting Task Sequence

SQL Server: 3-5 years’ experience with the following:

  • Creating and maintaining databases
  • Reporting
  • Building Queries

Active Directory: 3-5 years’ experience

PowerShell: 1-2 years’ experience
