Description: Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales
We’re currently looking for another team member to serve our customers by providing product information, quotes, and entering orders. This position works closely with the outside sales team and constantly strives to build relationships with our customers, exceed customer expectations, and provide solutions for our customers. Communication is key – our customer service team ensures information is consistently and accurately communicated in a timely manner to our customers.

Job Duties:

  • Answering incoming phone calls from customers
  • Configuring quotes for cabinets, exterior doors, marble tops, and other building materials
  • Entering orders and sending order confirmations
  • Building relationships with our customers and being a go-to resource for their product related questions
  • Recommending products to customers by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Making outbound sales calls to build additional sales and provide customer with solutions
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related department and company goals
