The ideal candidate has experience managing a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and is familiar with all cannabis harvest related tasks on a large scale. Knowledge of WPFF preparation and lean manufacturing principles desired. The Plant Processing Supervisor will report to the Director of Cultivation for all tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate with the manufacturing department and Compliance Manager to forecast time and volume of product ready for extraction

  • Any other task assigned by the Director of Cultivation

This position requires good leadership and interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and sense of urgency in a rapidly changing environment.
