What you'll do:

  • Create line plans to forecast and meet revenue goals for e-commerce merchandise site 
  • Analyze selling data to recommend buys that ensure maximum profits and minimum overstock
  • Ensure Asana Tracking is maintained
  • Assort line per SKU plan and ensure SKU plan is maintained
  • Research current market, gather sales intel on competition to inform what we Build, Maintain, Decline
  • Work with production to approve costs/margin
  • Execute all buys, purchase orders
  • Oversee all vendor payments for open POs
  • Oversee all inventory for marketing assets and merchandise in several locations
  • Monitor multi-channel (online and catalog) performance with rigorous analytics
  • Strategically interpret and align consumer insight to all aspects of the business by performing market analysis, gathering market data, and regularly shopping competitors to keep abreast of emerging trends that match targeted consumer needs

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of merchandising experience in an apparel/consumer goods company
  • Experience executing purchase orders and placing buys
  • Proficient on Excel, RLM. 
  • Experience with domestic and foreign production
  • Strong understanding of the product creation process and calendar
  • Proven ability and knowledge on how to assort a line by category, color, silhouette
  • Ability to ensure both volume and trend are represented appropriately
  • Organized
  • Deadline oriented
  • Self-starter
  • Comfortable running meetings
  • Excellent data management skills
