If you are a smart, curious, self-motivated professional with a passion for commercial real estate, NAM Companies is the employer for you. A growing firm with over $55M AUM is looking to add an Investor Relations Associate to focus on the investor development across the portfolio.
The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with NAM's high net worth investor pool. This will be accomplished through consistent virtual meetings and calls, gifting, electronic communications and ongoing personal touches.
We are seeking someone that is high energy, positive, can hold a conversation and has some level of sales training.
Additionally, the candidate’s role will be responsible for maintaining a dynamic customer relationship management database tool called IMS. This role will also support other broader customer-facing marketing initiatives including implementing strategic content creation ideas, email communication and other marketing projects. The candidate will also provide support to our ongoing oversight of our commercial real estate portfolio.
The ideal candidate is detail-minded, proactive, hands-on, tech savvy, well written, and has solid interpersonal skills for working directly with high net worth investors. The candidate’s personal geographic location is not a factor in this opportunity, since it will be held remotely. The candidate MUST have some commercial multifamily knowledge for this role but most importantly must be curious and excited about progressing in the industry. Your work falls into two primary categories:
Communication and Relationship Management
•Understand and track Investor involvement, strategies, tendencies and preferences through customer, market and data analytics
•Develop and publish Investor communications
•Communicates daily with internal business partners, asset management, external professional service providers, and investors.
•Plan, coordinate and create agendas for Investor meetings
•Monitor and summarize key Capital Markets and fixed income sector news to investors
