Museum of Ice Cream is seeking a full-time Retail Operations Manager to join our growing team. This position will report directly to the Head of Product. The ideal candidate has a background in retail operations and a keen eye for trends and forecasting.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Streamlining all vendor communication in regards to project and sample status, costing, packaging and labeling needs.

  • Owning SKU maintenance and replenishment for all Museum of Ice Cream locations.

  • Evaluating SKU performance and identifying appropriate short, medium, and long-term actions to optimize opportunities and minimize risks.

  • Maintaining and distributing all weekly, monthly, and end of year reporting.

  • Acting as primary point of contact for field teams for support on in-store operations and driving daily sales goals.

  • Updating store training material as needed.

  • Assisting with wholesale distribution to third-party vendors, web management.  


  • 2+ years operations experience.

  • Fluent in retail math and able to build seasonality models in excel.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Organized and detail oriented.

  • Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.

  • Experience managing large budgets and projections.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must have authorization to work in the United States.
