Social Media Personal Assistant

Sales and Marketing | Multibrain (Remote) | Full Time

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can handle day-to-day operations on a wide array of projects from phone and email management, vendor relations, front desk work, and customer support. You will be responsible for managing executive calendars, front-running several social media accounts, managing customer relations, and shipment management. Our ideal candidate must be responsive, social media savvy, organized, and have an interest in fashion and design.

We are a fun, young start up working on optimizing social media. We currently have our own proprietary social media management software system, and we manage content creation for global companies, like Avon and Tupperware. We’re looking for a person with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset who wants to be a part of the thriving startup world, but also isn’t afraid to get down to the details and help with tasks.

High school or equivalent (Required)

  • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Communications, Fashion or Design (Preferred)
  • Fashion, retail, and sales experience a plus
  • Remote work available some days
  • Valid Driver’s (License Required)
