Summary of Position:

The Sales Coordinator EU will be responsible for sales controlling, executing sales & marketing campaigns across our wholesale partners. They will optimize initiatives on all European wholesale accounts and channels to drive sales and brand awareness.


Principle Accountabilities:

  • Support in implementation and amplification of the sales strategy per country and channel in the designated region and translate it into brand specific action plans in a holistic way (15%)
  • Track and report on applicable KPIs analyzing strengths and weaknesses of accounts and sales areas and draw conclusions and recommendations (15%)
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure new products and wholesale updates are properly communicated, uploaded and on schedule for launch at retailers (10%)
  • Work alongside wholesale team to ensure that documentation, order & deliveries, and communications relating to wholesale doors is kept up to date (10%)
  • Provide all markets and accounts with all relevant product data to ensure products are listed on their systems. (10%)
  • Weekly sales reporting across all accounts, including SKU-level/door-level forecast, sell-in and sell-out data (10%)
  • Work closely with the internal and external VM & Store Construction teams to optimize & execute VM updates, managing replacement of store graphics & acrylics and provide administration support across all VM projects in markets (10%)
  • Responsible for the creation and further development of local sales controlling incl. regular KPI reports (5%)
  • Manage internal/external communication of marketing and sales related topics and/or updates (5%)
  • Adapt master artworks and graphics to local languages, working with external agencies and graphic designers where necessary (5%)
  • Manage and communicate logistics and delivery related topics to defined wholesale accounts. (3%)
  • Update and communicate price changes (2%)

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Academic degree in business administration
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to give logical structure to all sales topics
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Market knowledge
  • Good in Microsoft Powerpoint and Word


Travel Requirements:


~5% - 10% travel (visits to Douglas office)
