Summary of Position:
The graphic artworker will work closely with the Lead Graphic Designer to update existing and execute new store experience graphics for Forma Brands. This person must maintain design standards and prepare precise and accurate electronic files to print production with accurate specifications and ensure delivery to vendors. This person will work alongside the Graphic Designer to both ensure all new and existing stores are fully executed from a graphics perspective in wholesale channels of distribution. This includes ensuring all the right tools for graphic display are provided. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritise and handle pressure with adherence to quality and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Principle Accountabilities:
Graphic Design – 90%
· Create and maintain wholesale store experience graphics and printed collateral in a timely and accurate manner.
- Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, and arranges layout based upon available space and aesthetic design concepts. Determine artwork placement and proper logo usage and branding strategies.
- Maintain consistency of image & artwork across multiple layouts. Responsible for the accurate set up of artwork across multiple languages, currencies & retailers. Note you will be provided with any translations that are necessary.
· Prepare precise and accurate electronic files to print production specifications and ensure delivery to vendors.
· Review, comment and/or approve press proofs against released art.
· Create & maintain store directives alongside the graphic designer for each retailer and update.
· Within the graphics team, maintain critical store files, including master artwork orders, master artwork folders, directives for updates and master store directives.
· Create artwork planograms for instore launches and NSO & for assortment planning purposes.
Other – 10%
· Work closely with the wider EU team to provide a support function for ad-hoc graphic design needs, to ensure collateral produced is on brand.

Fiscal Accountabilities:
· Responsible for the maintaining and input of graphical elements into VM Budget Tracker
Key Working Relationships:
· Work within the EMEA VM team on all instore updates & eventing in a collaborative manner. This will include team members responsible for retail and wholesale channels.
· Work closely with the US VM team
· Work closely with the EMEA Wholesale Channel teams, to ensure that the execution of all FORMA brands are on budget, on time and on brand.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Must have minimum BA degree with emphasis in Fine Art, Design or Graphics
· 2-3 years of Graphic Design experience/Production experience
· Experience organising and maintaining files.
· Must have a strong working knowledge graphic design programs, typography, composition, color proofing, print processes and project specs.
· Must be detail oriented, able to prioritize tasks and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
· Excellent and technical skills with the MAC OSX platform Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Internet and Microsoft Office software
