Job Description

Summary of Position: 

The Analyst, Inventory is responsible for coordinating assembly and rework at the Morphe DC and they are the Item Master administrator.  The ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented with strong follow-through to meet SLA’s that support business needs.  Must be resourceful, communicate clearly, and collaborates with teams in a fast-paced environment to achieve shared goals.  This role reports to the Senior Manager of Inventory Management.  

Principle Accountabilities: 

Inventory Management Process and Data Lead

  • Independently manage projects and deliverables, meeting business critical deadline and SLA’s
  • Positive collaborator who can manage through change to support the business
  • Meticulously detail oriented and capable of administering a large volume of data
  • Subject matter expert for NetSuite Item Master
  • Continuously identify and implement process and system efficiencies and opportunities for improvement

NetSuite Item Master Administrator

  • Process management – Work with cross-functional partners to collect data timely for item creation and updates to current assortment, and communicate updates with teams
  • Audit item data for consistency, logic, and completeness
    1. Perform weekly audits for key data fields
    2. Monthly sweep of all data
  • Manage sku creation and maintenance in NetSuite
    1. Error-free data loads in the 24 hour SLA

Kit Assembly and Rework coordinator

  • Point person who gathers assembly and rework requirements from Sourcing, PR, and the DC Team
  • Create and maintain Work Orders in NetSuite, coordinate execution with the Morphe DC team
    1. Daily WO updates based on component availability/ETA’s
  • Track component PO’s
  • Communicates the assembly and rework schedule to the DC Team daily, and lead a weekly meeting to discuss priorities

Brush Club Facilitator

  • Ensure brushes are planned and purchased six months in advance
  • Track incoming PO’s and communicate delays/risk on time delivery to customer
  • Create and maintain sales orders in Netsuite
  • Communicate upcoming assortment and sales order timing to DC team
  • Report on inventory availability for incremental requests

Supports Inventory Management Team

  • Research and advise approval within 24 hour SLA on Inventory Requests Forms shipping from US Morphe DC to support business needs
  • Research ad hoc inventory requests for feasibility

Required Skills & Experience:

  • BA/BS degree plus 2yrs + experience in inventory planning and/or operations
  • Understanding of basic inventory planning concepts: weeks on hand/weeks of supply, leadtime, etc, and familiar with retail math
  • Strong analytic skills and experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to thrive and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude in a scrappy environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; own multiple priorities and adaptive to shifting priorities
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Proactive, resourceful and self-motivated, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate strong listening and communication skills                
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of time, based on business needs
