Seeking an experienced, hands-on, enterprising Digital Marketing Manager to help lead MISSMINX, our new upstart digitally-native fast fashion apparel site for females. This individual will be responsible for driving all our merchandising, branding, customer acquisition and retention initiatives. MISSMINX is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mobovida, LLC a dominant online direct to consumer retailer and digital marketing company.

Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept:

Help drive strategy and execution leveraging a second-to-none team of HIGHLY skilled Digital Marketing Analysts to build MISSMINX into the next powerhouse sexy, chic fast fashion brand. This will be both a strategy AND execution role (you need to be able to get your hands dirty and not just be a paper pusher). Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Driving the brand and creative strategy and voice for the MISSMINX brand across all digital channels (IG, FB, Search, Pinterest, Email)
  • Managing our entire Social Media presence and process including influencer campaigns management and strategy, viral content, PR and more
  • Staying on the cusp of the latest and emerging fashion trends and leveraging both technology and customer feedback to optimize product offering, presentation, pricing and the customer experience
  • CONSTANTLY TESTING new, and innovative channels/ways to drive qualified traffic to our websites

Keywords/Buzzwords/Experience that should apply to you:

  • 5+ years in the online female apparel retail space with an understanding of the urban, sexy, chic customer (think Fashion Nova, PrettyLittleThing, boohoo)
  • Immense drive and the ability to work AUTONOMOUSLY with minimal direction
  • Must be scrappy and resourceful with a "bootstrap" startup mentality (work with ROAS-based budgets)
  • 3+ Years of hands-on digital marketing experience (Social, Search, Display, Email)
  • Passion for merchandising and product presentation
  • Experience with downtown LA fashion district
  • Advanced Google Analytics
  • Solid eye for creative with HTML/CSS/Adobe Creative suite knowledge a plus as is being able to effectively communicate with Designers and Engineers
