Digital Marketing Analytics & Optimization Manager

If so, we’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Analytics & Optimization Manager to help drive our web analytics, business data and experimentation to identify, optimize and accelerate our marketing and ecommerce growth initiatives. ​

The Charter:

  • Utilizing Google Analytics, 1st party and other 3rd party data sources to continually assess visitor behavior, the user funnel and more, to identify onsite customer friction points and devise actionable strategies for optimization.

  • Administer the entire website Conversion Rate Optimization process to drive improvements in conversion rate, AOV and customer repeat purchase rate.

  • Leverage BI tools and customer data to help optimize product pricing and elasticity to increase sales and optimize gross margin.

  • Assist with producing meaningful data and insights to drive marketing and merchandising teams

Keywords/Buzzwords/Experience that should apply to you:

  • HIGHLY tech savvy w/prior web analytics and/or data analytics role

  • Thorough experience in Ecommerce req’d

  • Googe Analytics certification with 3+ Yrs of demonstrated mastery including other enterprise class web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Core Metrics, KissMetrics, etc.)

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) fluency

  • Experience with enterprise BI tools including Looker, Tableau, Periscope, etc.

  • Experience with website conversion rate optimization and experimentation and tools (Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, Hotjar, Sessioncam etc.)

  • Experience with customer cohort analysis and customer LTV modeling

  • Advanced R or Python

  • HTML/CSS a plus

  • SQL skills a plus - comfortable working with very large data sets

  • Great communication skills, organized, able to multitask and be a team player

  • Advanced Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, macros)
