Software Trainer

Customer Success Team | Vancouver, BC, Canada

Job Description

Mobify is looking for a Software Trainer to join our Customer Success team, a group of talented and ambitious people working together to deliver amazing web experiences for our clients on mobile and tablet devices. A Mobify's software trainer, you will have an opportunity to create and define the training process for our products. You'll train our clients' technical teams on our products and delight them with your strong knowledge of web development. You also enjoy travel from time to time for onsite client visits.

  • Own the education of Mobify’s fantastic customers on how to use Mobify.js and related tools
  • Develop, maintain and improve our training curriculum and collateral (manuals, online help, screencasts) 
  • Conduct training in person and over the phone
  • Enable Mobify’s customers to take advantage of new features by providing supplemental training for new products or features
  • Contribute to blog articles and white papers as required
  • Help develop and maintain documentation on best practices for mobile and tablet


  • Have experience developing software training materials with examples of materials 
  • Have delivered technical training to various organizations with great client feedback
  • Are comfortable writing your own HTML/CSS and Javascript or have a strong understanding of web technologies
  • Are self-directed in your work and love being in a client facing role
  • Are a top-notch communicator and passionate about technology
  • Bachelor's degree to post-secondary education in a technical or web related field
  • You are active on blogs, twitter and HackerNews
