Merchandising Coordinator, eCommerce

Location: Taylorsville, NC

Position Type: eCommerce, Merchandising

Overview: 

As the Merchandise Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while working with a highly collaborative team. You will be responsible for supporting the eCommerce team and for conducting the set up and lifecycle of all product.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages product flow from inception to launch within systems
  • Set-up and maintenance of all SKUs in various data systems
  • Maintains product information within systems that supports eCommerce and IT
  • Supports Merchandising and eCommerce in building company seasonal assortments
  • Be familiar with & interpret market trends across all competitors
  • Collaborates with Product Development, Merchandising, Costing and eCommerce to maintain deadlines and strategize process flow
  • Create and tracks photography samples
  • Supports retail with SKU and pricing management within POS system
  • Supports eCommerce with data management and product knowledge across all categories
  • General administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a drive for success and desire to learn and grow. 

  • Experience dealing with the general public by providing the highest levels of customer service
  • Experience in order processing including processing and submitting purchase orders
  • Strong communication skills across various levels of the organization with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations.
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, outlook)
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment using good prioritization, time management and multi-tasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
