CAD Operator - Poly Kit Patterns & Design
Location: Taylorsville, NC
Position Type: CAD Operator - Poly Kit Patterns & Design, Upholstery, Manufacturing
Job Type: Temporary Position
The overview of the position would be making trim pad patterns, deck pad patterns in AutoCAD sending these patterns out to vendors to quote. Once they receive the quote from the vendor they would send that along with any BOM changes to costing. They would also be responsible for moving existing foam patterns from one vendor to another and updating costing, with that info, as well.
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to develop and alter patterns from start to finish. In addition to strong communication skills and knowledge of pattern making, knowledge of computer aided pattern making software/hardware is a plus but not required.
The minimum requirements would be to have some upholstery experience along with solid computer skills. Basic AutoCAD experience would be a plus, but not required.
