Product Owner / Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Owner to help lead our flagship Fathom platform into the future. In this role, you have the opportunity to chart a path through the complex Learning and Development technology ecosystem and work directly with some of our clients like Google, Service King and others.
You will be expected to play a key role in managing the product roadmap, defining new requirements and ensuring market fit all while helping the development team execute quickly.
This role may begin as full-time permanent or contract-to-hire.
You are a perfect fit if you:
Are a Certified Product Owner (CPO), or have been a product owner or product manager for a SaaS platform.
Love researching markets, competitors and thinking about how best to position your product.
Relish hashing through requirements, architectures and designs with the development team to ensure the right features have the right priority.
Communicate well in person and in writing with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Become a product expert and evangelist. You will be helping everyone inside and outside the company learn and understand Fathom and its features.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Maintain, prioritize and evolve the roadmap.
Work closely with the development team to execute on the top priorities each sprint.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role
Understanding of SaaS-based software platforms and the underlying technologies
Previous Experience with software development on teams using scrum or kanban
Experience with Learning and Development, eLearning or training systems and technologies
