Civil Project Engineer

Job Description

Milone & MacBroom is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join our talented team based in Cheshire, Connecticut.  The Civil Engineering group provides a full range of professional services on a variety of challenging projects that include site planning and engineering, road design, stormwater management design, utility design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and land use permitting.

The civil engineer will work on projects involving planning; design; permitting; analysis; and preparation of specifications, stormwater calculations, and technical reports for a wide variety of site development projects for private and municipal clients. 


  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience in site development design
  • Professional Engineer licensure desirable
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and provide technical guidance to the team
  • Excellent written and communication skills required
