Western U.S. Director of Sales

Sales | Remote in Los Angeles, CA | Full Time | From $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year

Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Director for the Western U.S. region to support the strategic expansion of our sales operations across the United States. Reporting to the U.S. Sales Director, the Sales Director will play a key role in implementing effective sales strategies, managing distributor relationships, and driving business development efforts. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to revenue growth, the establishment of strategic partnerships, and the success of our sales teams focused on CBYON and META IGS services.

Responsibilities:

Support Revenue Growth:

  • Assist leadership in company-wide growth initiatives.
  • Aid in closing new business opportunities both locally and nationally, in partnership with the sales team.
  • Work with upper management and the U.S. Sales Director to help identify and secure new accounts.
  • Help manage Salesforce opportunities and leads to enhance the sales pipeline.

Distributor Management:

  • Assist in identifying and assessing potential distributors for META’s services at a national level.
  • Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with distributors.
  • Engage with distributors to find and leverage new business opportunities.

Sales Team Development:

  • Help in building and leading a high-performing sales team in key regions.
  • Manage leads and opportunities within the sales team, ensuring efficiency.
  • Encourage and support the sales team to exceed sales targets.

Reporting:

  • Contribute to preparing detailed monthly reports, highlighting targets, leads, and strategic improvements.
  • Relay innovative ideas and strategic insights to the Sales Director and upper management.

Collaboration with Marketing:

  • Maintain a close relationship with the marketing team to obtain necessary sales tools and promotional materials.
  • Help align sales and marketing efforts to optimize results.

Exhibition Management:

  • Support in managing exhibition activities to ensure a prominent company presence.
  • Collaborate with the executive management and the Sales Director for strategic planning and execution of exhibitions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation:

  • 100,000-120,000k + Bonuses/Commission
