The Professional Data Entry Clerk will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and organization of our data, enabling us to provide top-notch products and services to our clients.

Pay: $24.54 - $34.35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately input, organize, and maintain data in various systems and databases

- Conduct thorough data verification and cross-checking for quality control purposes

- Analyze and interpret data to identify any discrepancies or errors

- Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent and accurate data management across all systems

- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for data entry and management

- Assist in creating and updating reports and spreadsheets as needed

- Collaborate with IT team to troubleshoot any technical issues related to data processing and management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset

- Proven experience in data entry and data management

- Familiarity with medical or scientific terminology is a plus

- Proficiency in using computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and other database systems

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and take initiative to improve processes

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
