Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Live Chat Support Specialist to join our team and engage with our valued customers. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and efficient technical support and assistance to customers through our live chat platform.

Pay: $19.82 - $32.54 per hour

Key Responsibilities:


- Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform and provide prompt and accurate technical support.

- Use a variety of tools and resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products and services.

- Proactively identify and escalate any issues or concerns raised by customers to the appropriate departments.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing courteous and professional assistance.

- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up on any unresolved issues in a timely manner.

- Continuously update your knowledge of our products, procedures, and services to ensure accurate and consistent support for our customers.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent experience.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a technical or scientific industry.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

- Experience using live chat platforms and familiarity with customer support software.

- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term customer relationships.
