Pay: $24.94 - $34.58 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Keying in data from various sources into our data management system with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of the data entered, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.

- Maintaining the integrity of our data management system by regularly reviewing and updating information.

- Organizing and sorting data to ensure it is easily accessible and retrievable.

- Collaborating with the data management team to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

- Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to data entry and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or training in data management is a plus.

- Proven experience in data entry, specifically with large amounts of numerical and text data.

- Proficiency in MS Office and data management systems.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a commitment to maintaining data integrity.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication skills.

- Knowledge of data entry best practices and the ability to identify and suggest process improvements.
