Location: United States (Remote)

Mercodia is a leading biotechnology company that specializes in developing and manufacturing high-quality ELISA kits for the research, clinical and pharmaceutical industries. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Pay: $26.74 - $32.94 per hour

Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at Mercodia, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner. Your main goal will be to ensure our customers have a positive experience with our company and products, building long-lasting relationships and driving customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring prompt delivery

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner

- Provide product information and troubleshoot any technical or product-related issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and logistics to ensure smooth and timely execution of orders

- Identify and communicate customer needs and feedback to the relevant teams in order to improve our products and services

- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system

- Participate in customer service training and meetings to continuously improve and maintain knowledge and skills

- Meet and exceed customer service targets and objectives set by the company

- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a related industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Fluent in English, additional languages would be considered an asset
