Job Description:

The Jr. Recruiter is primarily responsible for assisting with the full cycle recruitment for MedSide Healthcare. He/she will assist in the development and implementation of internal and external recruitment strategies. Generate diverse candidate pools, maintain and promote positive relationships with external services  and assist with all recruitment initiatives and advertising.  

Compensation:

  • $14/hour plus bonus
  • Monday - Friday, no weekends

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the strategic planning with HR to identify staffing needs

  • Create and maintain job descriptions for 5-10 open positions weekly

  • Host weekly open house in the office and assist with recruiting events around Atlanta 

  • Sourcing, screening, scheduling and offering positions

  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community service associations, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters and job boards; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

  • Develop and nurture a pipeline of exceptionally qualified candidates and maintain their level of interest to meet current and future demand.

  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

  • Assist with coordination of continuing education courses for MedSide’s current clinical team and also invite clinicians from the metropolitan area

  • Maintain mulitiple spreadsheets and track staffing trends

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree preferred

  • Experience in medical field recruiting preferred

  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment with constantly changing priorities

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills

  • Extremely personable and professional
