Job Description:

The Human Resource Outsourcing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Human Resources with the day-to-day administration of the department to outsourced employees including, but not limited to: the full cycle recruitment for candidates; monitoring employee performance; managing schedules; adherence to company policies and procedures. He/she will also assist in the development and implementation of internal and external recruitment strategies, as well as generate diverse candidate pools, maintain and promote positive relationships with external services and assist with all recruitment initiatives and advertising for internally placed bilingual candidates.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employees’ performance from US office in other countries

  • Coordinate employees’ schedules and monitor their daily activities

  • Participate in the strategic planning within HR to identify staffing needs

  • Manage open positions weekly

  • Sourcing, screening, scheduling and offering positions

  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting applicants abroad

  • Develop and nurture a pipeline of exceptionally qualified candidates and maintain their level of interest to meet current and future demand.

  • Develop and modify compensation for new and existing positions

  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree preferred

  • Bilingual in Russian and English Required

  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment with constantly changing priorities

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills

  • Extremely personable and professional
