Job Description

MedSide Healthcare is currently seeking a full time Bilingual Call Center Representative/Receptionist who has great customer service skills, and is able to handle multiple incoming calls while providing excellent consistent customer service.

Job Duties:

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

  • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

  • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position

  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center requirements 

  • Review submitted information for completion, correctness and transferring data into system

  • Efficiently and effectively update and maintain the internal system for electronic clinical records

  • Perform general clerical duties to that may include: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing

  • Answering a multi-line phone and greeting visitors to the office

  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects in accordance to regulatory laws

  • Other task assignments

Job Specifications:

  • Must live in or around Sandy Springs, GA area

  • Bilingual 

  • Excellent ability to multitask

  • Excellent ability to stay organized 

  • Excellent Problem solver

  • Knowledge of basic computer systems

  • Be flexible and eager to learn new operations

Preferred Specifications:

  • Healthcare and/or customer service experience a plus

  • Previous Call Center experience required

  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.


  • $10-12/hour

  • Full-time 40 hrs/week 

  • Monday - Friday (8:30-5:00 pm)

  • Saturday 9 am - 2 pm (once a month)
